This building from 1898 as referred to its name  holds two busts set in niches in the front elevation - Adam Mickiewicz and Juliusz Słowacki, as well as  a corner tower with an inscribed erection date of the building. Originally owned by architect Karol Iwanicki, but since 1904 it was acquired by Roman Rosiński and past down as inheritance.
